WEDDING RENTAL:

Friday or Saturday: $3,200

This includes rehearsal, rehearsal dinner location the day before, the entire day of the wedding and until 10:00am the following day for clean-up. Also included are tables and chairs to accommodate 200 guests, restrooms, kitchen for food set up only (no cooking allowed), and bar area.

Sunday Weddings: $2,000 This is only a one day rental (Sunday)

BRIDE AND GROOM DRESSING ROOM:

Also available is a bridal dressing room and a groom dressing room in the barn, often used by the bridal party to dress before the ceremony.  Use of these rooms is an additional $200 FEE Total.

CELEBRATION INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: $6,000 for up to 150 people

Includes: Venue rental, Bride and Groom Room, Partial Set Up, Help with Event, and Catering

NON-WEDDING CELEBRATIONS  

(Showers, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Retirement, Graduations, Office Meetings, Memorial Services, Christmas Parties etc.)

RENTALS Under 4 hrs & 50 people or less: $300.00 (EXCLUDING weddings and holidays)

RENTALS Over 4 hrs or Over 50 people: $500.00 (EXCLUDING weddings and holidays)

OTHER AVAILABLE RENTAL ITEMS INCLUDE:

Deposit and Payment Schedule For All Facilities Rented:

Weddings: Your event date will be held for 5 days without contract and deposit. However, a $1,000 non-refundable security deposit, with signed contract, is required to secure the date of your event. The remaining BALANCE of $2,200 is DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. A separate $500.00 damage deposit check is due one week prior to the event date.

Other Events: i.e. Weekend/Weekday Rentals will require a 50% non-refundable security deposit to secure the date of your event. The remaining BALANCE is DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. A separate $500.00 damage deposit check is due one week prior to the event date.
