DO YOU HAVE REAL BATHROOMS?
We get this question a lot! Not only are our bathrooms “real,” but they are also beautiful and ADA compliant! In fact, it is not legal to operate an event venue in our state without fully compliant permanent restrooms inside the building.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BOOKING MY DATE?
In order to secure the booking of your wedding date, a signed contract is required along with an initial deposit of $1,000. Your remaining balance may be paid up to thirty days prior to your event.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES I SHOULD WORRY ABOUT?
We do not have any service fees or hidden fees. Beyond our pricing page info, the only potential additional cost would be for décor rentals or the use of the bride and groom rooms. I also require a fully refundable damage deposit of $500.
CAN OUR WEDDING CEREMONY BE HELD INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?
Yes, the barn can accommodate either set up.
WHAT IS YOUR VENDOR POLICY?
During our initial meeting, we can discuss vendors specifically tailored to your needs. We have several vendors we can recommend but ultimately the choice is up to you. Our only requirement is alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.
WHAT IS YOUR MAXIMUM CAPACITY?
We can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests, as specified by our Certificate of Occupancy (a legal requirement for every venue). Our pricing includes accommodations for up to 200 guests. Arrangements can be made to accommodate over 200 with the addition of outdoor tents and portable restroom rentals.
DO YOU HAVE HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONING?
Yes, we are a climate controlled barn.
ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING THE TRASH FROM OUR EVENT?
No, we have service for trash removal and trash receptacles.
